We have been doing the Visual Perception Activity every day as suggested by the optometrist.
For the past week, I have watched Bubs flip all of the block vertical patterns that I created. On Saturday we made a big break through when he suddenly realized that his pattern was flipped. We all know that realizing is half the battle. I was really excited.
To take it a step further, today I asked his OT to do patterns with him to see what he thought. He only flipped one of them!!!! We did patterns again this afternoon, and he didn’t flip any of them!!!!
After one week, he has made huge gains.
Dear Lord, thank you for the progress we have seen Bubs make on his patterns. We thank you for the big boy that he is becoming and we praise you for the man that he is going to be. Lord, please use him in a great way! We pray that he will be a light in this dark world. In Jesus’ name – Amen.
