Hey there Momma C! I received the curriculum the other day. I’ve been drooling over it ever since! It is absolutely perfect! I am so excited to use some….actually many, many of the ideas and activities with my preschoolers!Some of the things I especially like about it are the introduction of lower case letters. So many children don’t realize that there are 2 ways to make letters. Although making upper case letters is much easier for them with the small motor skills they have as preschoolers, introducing them to lower case is foundationally important as well and your activities do this in a fun way for them!
I also like the repetition of specific skills over periods of time (such as the name writing skill activities repeating over a 3-4 week period). Repetition is the key!
And finally, but most importantly, I love your age appropriate activities and ideas for the Bible stories. They are fun and concrete. So many curricula have abstract activities which the children can not relate to at such young ages. You have developed a way with this curriculum to introduce Christ’s love for them in very meaningful ways.
Thank you for this wonderful curriculum and for your ministry. It is such an honor to Him and I am honored to be using such well thought-out activities to help our little ones get to know him. Your “child friendly” translation of the 10 commandments will help many parents, I’m sure, to help explain them to their children as well.
