The Betty Lukens Through the Bible Flannelgraph set has almost every Bible story that you would want. There are even sets to tell about the 2nd Coming of Jesus and Heaven. And if there is a story you want to tell but it isn’t included in the manual, simple tweaking can you usually get you what you need. Even to teach the Wordless Book!
Using colored pieces of flannelgraph, cut 3″x3″ squares in black, red, white, gold, and green. Please these squares on the board when discussed (not pictured.)
Gather the following figures and objects:
Jesus & the Manger – 111/238
Jesus – 3A
Jesus on the Cross – 69
Tomb and Stone – 220
Jesus Ascending into the Air – 7
Bible – 30m
Heaven – 33m
Purple Mounted Background
There are many more figures and objects that can be added but I just chose a few.
As you tell the Wordless Book, add the corresponding figures and objects.
The Wordless Book is used in the 3, 4, and 5 Year Curricula.
