The Beginner’s Bible for Toddlers is the Bible that I chose for the 2 Year Curriculum. After reviewing several toddler Bibles, I felt this one covered the stories with the most accuracy and would appeal best to the majority of toddlers and their attention spans.
You may recognize this Bible as it is the precursor to the Beginner’s Bible used in the other ABCJLM curriculum. The illustrations use the same recognizable characters. I like how the stories are directly out of the Bible without adding in a lot of fluff and assumptions. The toddler version compared to the preschool version contains less stories, fewer sentences per page, and simplifies some of the higher level words.
I love the carrying handle. With the hard cover and velcro closing tab, this book can withstand being toted around by a busy toddler.
