In the past I have talked about the amazing church that God has placed us in. Although I never would have guessed this church as our place of worship, I praise God for the work He is doing through the lives of the leaders at our church. Currently, we are studying Proverbs.
In I Kings 3, God appeared to Solomon in a dream saying, “Ask! What shall I give you?” Solomon asked for “an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil.” Then in Proverbs 4:7, Solomon says “Wisdom is a principal thing; Therefore get wisdom.”
As I sat through this semon, I thought of my life with my husband and four precious children. I thought about each of you in the ABCJLM family.
As a mom, I need wisdom to be able to guide, train, advise, and love as well as discipline and lead our children to be salts and light. With all of that responsibility, who needs wisdom more than moms?
