On Thursday I released the completely rewritten version of my ebook “A Quiet Time, Worth the Time.” If you haven’t downloaded your free copy, I hope you will soon because I am very excited to share with you my personal beauty-from-ashes story. The Holy Spirit has changed my morning devotions to the point that I am now excited to wake each morning. I believe in my heart-of-hearts that God will do the same for you.
One of the ideas that I suggest for you us to use a Quiet Time Journal. The first section of the journal is called “God is…” and begins to focus your heart on who God is. To help you begin this section I have created a blog category under the same name.
Today, I am sharing verses about God as our Creator that can be added to your journal.
Your hands made me and formed me.
Psalm 119:73
For You formed my inward parts;
You wove me in my mother’s womb.
I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Wonderful are Your works,
And my soul knows it very well.
My frame was not hidden from You,
When I was made in secret,
And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth.
You wove me in my mother’s womb.
I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Wonderful are Your works,
And my soul knows it very well.
My frame was not hidden from You,
When I was made in secret,
And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth.
Psalm 139: 13-15
