Wonderfully Made – With the announcement of a community talent show, Hayley wonders if God has forgotten to give her a talent. In her search, Hayley tried other people’s talents which ends in disastrous results. In the end, Pouch the pelican tells her, “God didn’t make you to be like everyone else. He made you to be you!”
Field of Peace – Centered around a baseball game, the characters learn the importance of love, having peace about the decisions they make, and caring for other. Boyd wants to win so bad that he “ignored the sinking feeling in his stomach” that he sacrificed a friendship and the feelings of a teammate to win a game. Boyd and his friends learn that God, the great umpire,” will help us make good decisions.
I can’t say it enough; we love the Everyday Zoo series by Joyce Meyer. Each story is engaging and lays out the moral in a beautiful way. The illustrations are
inviting and the characters become household names. The humor is kid
tested, mother approved. These series would make a wonderful addition to your home library. Highly suggest!
