De-Lic-Ious! Not known for the nutritional value. Consider this a vegetable and just eat!
Melt 3T butter in a small bowl.
Peel 4-6 potatoes.
Cut into quarters or six piece – depending on the size of the potatoes.
Place the potatoes into the butter.
Move over to the cornflake mixture to coat.
Arrange in baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam or buttered. Bake uncovered 1 – 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Recipe:
Golden Potato Bake
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs (If they can’t find them in the box and think they could use the cereal. it would taste different, but I think still good)
1 t. salt
4-6 medium potatoes peeled and pared
3 T. margarine, melted
Heat oven at 375 degrees. Mix cornflake crumbs and salt. Place potatoes in the bowl of melted margarine and then in the bowl of crumbs and salt. Arrange in baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam or buttered. Bake uncovered 1 – 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
