This got my mind spinning. What a wonderful idea for churches! Present the Bible and provide treats and gifts that correspond with the Bible stories. This idea could be used to invite the community in or as a simple Sunday School activity. You could also do this in a preschool or private school setting.
This is how it works:
At each station, have people dressed up to match the particular Bible story that they will tell. After a short overview of the story, give the children a individually wrapped package of each item to represent the story. Have the children cycle through the stations.
Stories and Corresponding Treats and Gifts:
Noah’s Ark – Skittles (rainbow), animal crackers
Daniel in the Lion’s Den – Lion’s Teeth (vampire teeth)
Christmas Story – Starburst or Baby Ruth
Jonah or Feeding the 5000- Goldfish
Revelations (2nd Coming) or Walls of Jericho – Bugles
Creation – Oreo (day and night), Glow Bands (light), animal crackers
Lord’s Prayer – pretzels
Good Samaritan – band-aid
Psalms 119:105 – glow bands
Various Bible Stories – Sticker Sets, Individual Sticker Sets

Looks like a great idea. May have to consider doing this next year when we have more time to prepare. Thanks for sharing!!!
