Learning songs is one of the best way to remember information. That’s why creating a Bible around a corresponding CDs makes sense. The 100 Bible Stories, 100 Bible Songs Bible contains one hundred of the most popular Bible stories with a song that reinforces the story or application.
Each story contains scripture reference and a main point. The stories are a long paragraph in length and each contain one picture. The illustrations are made with soft water colors. Throughout the black colored text, different words in the paragraph are highlighted with a different color.
I really debated on adding this Bible to the 2 Year Curriculum. I appreciated how the stories are Biblically accurate and easy to read. But for me it came down to the layout. Instead of having each story on a two-page layout, I would have liked to see the stories spread out over a few more pages. This would have given the child more illustrations to look at during the reading. And just to be technical, with 100 stories, it would be nice to have a book–ribbon included.
The Cds contains great “Sunday School” songs that all kids should know. They are performed by a children’s choir. Many of the songs are ones used in the ABCJLM curriculum.
If you are looking for CDs and a Bible, this would be a great choice!
Thank you to Thomas Nelson for allowing me to review this book.

I picked this book up on a whim a few years back and while the book itself is fine, it's the CDs that my family just loves. We often listen to them as we do things around the house and keep them in the car for long trips. The boys love them and I've metioned time and time again how that was money well spent!
